Fighting wildlife traffickers

One of our main goals is to reduce the illegal wildlife trade. Currently, pangolins are the most trafficked mammals in the world, with more than 100,000 of them poached in the wild each year... Our team of investigators identifies and investigates selected cases of wildlife trafficking with an emphasis on critically endangered Sunda pangolins. In cooperation with the local police, the naval police, and local government agencies for nature conservation, we then try to catch these traffickers in the act and bring the case to their punishment. Everything takes place on the basis of a standardized method and in cooperation with external professionals.
